Message A leaky o-ring will drop fuel into the cylinder after ignition.

As it is not ignited the fuel is being pushed around by the piston meaning the entire combustion chamber gets coated in fuel.

Saying you are going to dremel, it sounds like you have not replaced this injector before - So why do you think the o-ring is bad?

DONT just start dremel'ing your plenum on a hunch.
Make CERTAIN the injector needs replaced.

The cylinder might not be firing because of the coil pack, PTU, or even the spark plug itself.
(Without those, no ignition, so no burning of fuel)

The fuel could be being PROPERLY dumped into the cylinder by the injector and simply not being ignited.


WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:

troubleshoot the spark.

- Clean the PTU and coil connectors

- swap coils with a working cylinder, does the problem follow the coil?

- If problem doesn't move with coil, swap spark plugs as well, problem follow the plug?

- If the problem doesn't move with the plug, test spark with a plug on a spark plug wire connected to the coil while grounded to the plenum, does it fire?

- If the plug still doesn't spark,test continuity of the wire between the PTU and coil, etc.

DO NOT DREMEL THE PLENUM! (Until you've exhausted the other options.)
